The BBA in marketing covers the whole range of activities that facilitate the movement of goods and services from producer to the ultimate consumer. Marketing graduates typically pursue careers in advertising, market research, sales and sales management, purchasing, services marketing, business to business marketing, brand management, consumer behavior and retail management.
The BBA in management teaches the co-ordination of resources—both human and non-human (machines, materials, etc)—to achieve organizational objectives efficiently. Management grads are equipped to advance more rapidly into positions of increasing responsibility in private business firms, not-for-profit organizations and government.
The BBA in human resources management focuses on recruitment, selection, maintenance and development of human resources by organizations. It covers interviewing, training, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and labor relations. Human resources management grads are found in all types of business firms, larger service organizations and governmental agencies.
