The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal statute codified at 20 U.S.C. § 1092(f), with implementing regulations in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations at 34 C.F. R. 668.46.

Fire Safety Report

This report contains information related to fire safety in campus housing at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, in accordance with the requirements of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.  The LU Department of Residence Life creates this report on an annual basis, relying on information provided by collaborative departments, including but not limited to the LU Campus Police and the Department of Residence Life.  The LU Department of Residence Life maintains the campus housing fire log and reports fire statistics annually in conjunction with the "Annual Crime Report"  that provides information in compliance with the Campus Police and Campus Security Crime Statistics Act.
