Â鶹ÊÓƵ Theatre will present a fresh adaptation of J.M. Barrie’s “Peter Pan,” co-directed by Tanner McAlpin and Ashley Dennison. The production will run from Oct. 31 to Nov. 10, with evening performances at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. at the University Theatre on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ campus.
This magical retelling of the classic story promises to captivate audiences of all ages seven and up. When Peter Pan, leader of the Lost Boys, loses his shadow, young Wendy Darling helps him reattach it, sparking an adventure to Neverland. There, they encounter Tinker Bell, Tiger Lily, and the villainous Captain Hook, with music and magic bringing the world of make-believe to life.
Performances will be held in the University Theatre, located between the Dishman Art Museum and the Jimmy Simmons Music Building on Â鶹ÊÓƵ's campus.
