  • Create welcoming spaces by converting unused areas into inclusive hubs based on student feedback.
  • Celebrate diversity by launching "Unity Weeks" with cultural events and collaborative service projects.
  • Advocate transparency by sharing progress reports showing how student input drives change.
  • Build a campus where every student feels valued and empowered to participate.

More About Me: At LU, I've embraced leadership roles that blend advocacy, mentorship, and service. I represent student voices, lead legislative initiatives, and collaborate with administrators to improve campus policies and engagement. I advocate for LU students at the system level, addressing tuition, academic policies, and statewide higher education priorities. I oversee fraternity chapter operations, lead recruitment efforts, and organize philanthropy events to strengthen our fraternity's impact on campus and the community. I support academic success through group sessions and one-on-one tutoring, tailoring methods to diverse learning styles to boost academic success. Through these roles, I've honed my ability to lead, communicate, and drive positive change for students.

Platform: The heart of my platform is advocacy and change. As a social work major and future social advocate, I am determined to use my voice to address inequalities, promote inclusivity, and inspire action. I want my little sister, my family, and my community to see that determination and hard work can turn dreams into reality. I am not just here to succeed: I am here to open doors for others, create real change, and leave a legacy of empowerment for the next generation of women leaders.

I am running for Vice President because I believe that every student deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered to succeed. Through my leadership, I have worked to uplift women, mentor students, and advocate for equity, inclusion, and community engagement. I want to take this passion to the Student Government Association and use my platform to ensure that student voices are not just acknowledge but acted upon.

With my experience in community engagement and advocacy for change, I will bring a strong, action-driven voice to SGA. I am here to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and inspire the next generation of change-makers.

More About Me: As a first-generation college student, I know firsthand the challenges of navigating higher education without a roadmap. I have built myself from the ground up, learning independence, resilience, and determination along the way. My journey has fueled my passion for empowering women, especially those who come from similar backgrounds, by showing them that success is possible, no matter the obstacles they face. I strive to be a visible representation of what is possible, proving that hard work, perseverance, and faith can break generational barriers.

Through my community engagement, I work to create spaces where women at LU, feel seen, supported, and uplifted. I am committed to fostering mentorship, sisterhood, and meaningful connections that provide personal and professional growth opportunities. Platform: The beliefs and principles by which a person lives are their core values. I am confident that identifying my own personal core values early in life played a vital role in becoming the loyal person I am today. Whether it is to a person or mission, I believe that loyalty is paramount to also establishing trust. For as long as I can remember, I have had an inherent desire to help others, therefore service is also very important to me. I plan to expound on my love of service if given the opportunity to be the sophomore class senator.

I believe positive interactions are vital to building and maintaining meaningful relationships.  It also assures people that others are there to support, help, encourage and simply be there for them.

More About Me: In my campus involvement, I equip others with reputable skills that will enable them to stand apart from their peers. Additionally, I have served by being present, spending time mentoring girls struggling with relational aggression, and listening to and encouraging peers struggling with social or academic issues. Genuinely caring for others has taught me to think outside the box and provide service in various forms to my peers and community.

Being the sophomore class senator will give me the opportunity and platform to share important information about events and encourage participation. This office also allows me to have a seat at the table and a voice in making decisions and plans for our class. I revel in advocating for the best options for my class and I'm filled with excitement thinking about how much fun we're going to have!
