Our Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design offers a curriculum that reflects the quality and competitive rigor demanded by recognized and respected design firms. In addition to your regular courses, you can take part in internship study opportunities. You'll even have the opportunity to have your original works exhibited in the Dishman Art Museum through the thesis program.
Typography: This course includes intermediate studies in typography and page layout for print and digital production.
Brand Identity: You'll learn advanced studies in brand identity and packaging, addressing both contemporary and historical perspectives.
Web Design: This covers topics in computer image making. You'll understand development of user interface, motion graphics, sound and visual communications techniques to use when creating designs for the internet.
Digital Imaging: This course is an introduction to computers as a creative tool, language and logic. You'll learn development of image making techniques, data handling and design.
Your graphic design studies will include courses in graphic design, typography, brand identity, illustration, web design, digital imaging, motion design, environmental design and portfolio development. You'll have access to internships that will launch your career in the direction you choose.
