Faculty Syllabi and Vitae
When searching for a syllabus make sure to select the correct time frame.
- Current (after the start date);
- Past (semester is over) and
- Future (semester has not started)
- Spring 2025 (15 and First 8 weeks) course syllabi will switch from Future to Current on January 16, 2025
How to Search for Syllabi in Concourse
- Search for Current Semester Syllabi
- Go to /syllabi
- Select Advanced
- Select the Course Subject
- Enter Course Number (if known)
- Select Session and Year
- Limit to Time Frame to Current Courses
- Limit Templates search to non-template
- Select the course from the Results by clicking on the blue Course Title
- Search for Graduate Course Syllabi Only
- Go to /syllabi
- Select Advanced
- Select the Course Subject
- Enter Course Number (if known) or enter "53" for Masters or "63" for Doctoral
- Limit results further by selecting a School or Department or Instructor
- Limit Time Frame to Past, Past and Current, or Current
- Limit Templates search to non-template
- Select the course from the Populated Search Results by clicking on the blue Course Name
- Search for Previous Semester Syllabi
- Go to /syllabi
- Select Advanced
- Select the Course Subject
- Enter Course Number (if known)
- Limit Time Frame to Past courses
- Limit Templates search to non-template
- Select the course from the populated Search Results by clicking on the blue Course Name
Locating Faculty Vita
- How to Access Faculty Vita by Keyword
- Go to
- Select the Advanced Search
- In the Keyword box, enter the Faculty Member's Last Name
- Select the Course Subject
- Enter Course Number (if known)
- Limit Time Frame to Past and Current courses or Current courses
- Limit Templates to Non-Template
- Select the course from the populated Search Results
- Click on the blue Course Name to view the syllabus
- On the syllabus view page, click on CV located under the Concourse logo
